I started my real estate career on the Monterey Peninsula in 1972. I have worked every aspect of the business from sales, exchanges, brokerage, development, resort development, building design, construction and the permit process. My first affiliation was with Real Estate Investment Counselors becoming a pioneer in real estate exchange. In 1982 I opened my own office, Pacific Land and Investment Company, concentrating on developing private clients' portfolios. In 1992 I joined Del Monte Realty Company, Carmel's premier real estate company, which was subsequently bought by Coldwell Banker. Missing the benefits of a small locally owned office specializing in the luxury residential market, I proudly joined Carmel Realty Company in May of 2014. Believing that giving is the greatest gift, I take great pleasure and utmost care in personalizing and accomplishing all of my clients' needs.
